Join us on Saturday, August 1 for a low-key QCGC Handicap Tournament at 500 Club.
This will be an individual stroke play event using handicaps, with scoring run through an app like Squabbit. Tee times will begin at 9:00 AM, and groups will go out in back-to-back tee times. This is not a shotgun start.
The goal is to create a fun, competitive event for the club without making it too serious. We’ll have small prizes for the top finishers, but this is mostly about getting members together, playing some competitive golf, and testing out a format we can build on.
This event will also serve as a trial run for a potential 6-month QCGC tournament series featuring monthly events, season-long points, multiple flights, and a championship finale.
Your registration is for your tee time only, players will pay for their own food, and drinks. You must be confirmed and paid by July 17 to secure your spot.
Don’t have an official handicap? No worries. Just use your best estimate. More details will be shared soon.
