What’s the format?

• Four-person scramble — make your own teams.

• This is for fun, so please don’t cheat. We’ll go over the full rules the morning of the event.

What is the schedule?

• Check-in opens: 9:00 AM

• Arrive no later than: 9:30 AM

• Announcements: 9:30 AM

• In carts & ready to roll: 9:50 AM

• Shotgun start: 10:00 AM

What is included in my registration?

• Green fee + cart

• Grab-and-go breakfast/lunch (think classic “school lunch” vibe: Uncrustables, chips, etc.)

• Beverages on course: Beer, soda, Gatorade, water
  (with a cart person circulating throughout the round). Liquor drinks are not included, but can be purchased from the course.

• Post-round dinner catered by the course
  (sit-down meal + winners/prize announcements)

How Do I Register?

You’ll be able to register:

• As an individual

• As a partial group

• As a full foursome

What’s not included?

• Liquor

• Any additional food/drinks you purchase from the clubhouse

• Range balls (available for purchase at the course)

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

• No refunds within 30 days of the event.

• Refunds are available earlier than 30 days, but once we hit the 30-day mark, we finalize details with the course and everything gets locked in.
